Your data stays on your device

What happens to your data

• Your browser does all the work. The page sends your typing results to no server.
• The page has no ads, no account and no cookies.
• The page saves your last 50 results in this browser only (the key is typing-test:history:v1). It also saves how often you hit and missed each key. To remove them, choose Clear history.
• If the page has an error, it sends an error report to the server. The report has no typing results and no personal data.

How the test works

Code in your browser finds your typing speed. The test makes its text from a random number. The browser makes that number, and it is not sent anywhere.
